Electrostatic
Spray
System
Unlike traditional disinfecting by hand, the electrostatic system provides us with a far more thorough cleaning solution. The process provides an even disinfection coverage that is essential in the removal of viruses & bacteria. Something hand application simply can't achieve.

Our electrostatic battery powered sprayers provide a positive charge to the disinfectant; this mean on application the chemical wraps itself around the target. Its this technology that allows us to disinfect in hard to reach places with ease.
Productivity is said to be over 6x better than traditional disinfecting. Making our system cost effective when tackling large scale disinfection.
What Is Electrostatics?
Electrostatics is the process of adding an electrical charge to the liquid droplets when they are sprayed. This makes the droplet electrically stronger than the surface or the item being treated. Just like magnets, they are drawn to each other and attach when one surface is more positively charged than the other.

This is important because liquid agents work best when they are given an opportunity to electrically attach to a surface. Treating three dimensional surfaces effectively is generally not possible without leveraging a liquid adhesion technology like electrostatics.

The unique technology of the system we use enables the electrical charge to be applied inside the droplet instead of attaching it to the outside of the droplet, like many other electrostatic sprayers do. This enables the droplets to keep there charge for longer and ensures that we get the full effect of the electrostatic technology; providing your environment with an even and full disinfection.
The science of electrostatics is only one element of better disinfection management. We must take into consideration the environment where disinfection is required; identify the appropriate chemical for that environment, and determine the correct method of application. Failure to do so could result in the disinfection process being ineffective and/or damage to the areas being treated.

Professional Know-how
The electrostatic sprayer system should only be applied by a trained professional, using the correctly identified disinfection agents to provide the required cleaning effect in a safe manor. Incorrect use of chemicals with this system could be both dangerous to the individual applying them and the physical environment they are treating.
Benefits Of Electrostatic Disinfection
COVERAGE
Unlike traditional cleaning by hand, electrostatic application provides far wider coverage and a more thorough disinfection. When we spray our product that is charged with electrostatics, the solution will envelop the target. This means it is far harder to miss any areas; this is key when disinfecting an area that has been subjected to a virus. Any untouched areas from a manual clean could still harbour the virus making all efforts worthless.
TOUCHLESS SYSTEM
With the application of our eco-friendly solution through the electrostatic sprayer, there is no need to touch/wipe the surface(s). This means equipment and possessions do not need to be touched during our process.
NO CROSS-CONTAMINATION
Cross contamination is virtually reduced to nil due to the touchless aspect of our system. Surfaces will not be touched by cloths or human hands, therefore wont be moving bacteria or viruses from one place to another. What’s more our operatives carry out all cleans in full head to toe PPE for your peace of mind and ours.
CORRECT DWELL TIME
Most people will not realise that for disinfectants to be effective, they require a certain contact dwell time with the surface in order to kill bacteria and viruses. This time depends upon several factors and the product being used. Simply spraying and wiping a surface immediately will often not fully kill a virus or bacteria. Our system leaves the disinfectant on the surface until dry, providing the correct minimal dwell time to do the job.
CLEAN FINISH
The electrostatic positive charge inserted into the droplet in our system (unlike any other electrostatic application) enables the droplet to adhere itself to the surface via the cationic charge. As the droplets hit the surface they create an even spread because they hold their cationic charge for approx 2-3 seconds therefore not creating drips, as two positive charges will repel from each other.
COST EFFECTIVE
Tests have shown Productivity to be over 6x better than traditional disinfecting by hand. Making our system considerably more cost effective when tackling large scale disinfection.
